Recommitting to Me.
I'll be honest; I have gotten lazy with myself. Not just with not working out and not sticking to the diet. With my goals and my dreams. And just taking care of me.
Today, I got back to that.
Today, I got back to working out and I committed to my diet. I even got more exercise than I, technically, had to. I'm starting to actually enjoy it. They say it takes 22 days for a habit to form. I guess I'm starting over from Day 1... I hope that I don't fall off again.
