Relaxing in a Torrential World
I've done my best to make 2019 the year of "RELAX". I tend to get so panicked about things that are impending that I lose sleep and I can feel the panic chipping away at my body and soul. Not to mention the fact that I make impulsive decisions when I'm panicking.
I woke up to an email today that sent me into a torrential panic, and I started making those impulsive decisions. I've done my best to keep away from things that I might do without thinking, but I need to find better ways to calm down. I can't write when I panic.
What do you all do to calm yourselves when you panic about the world?
